Business Development Executive

Job Description: Business Development Executive -Channel Sales

  • Responsible for supporting Business Development activities in Channel Sales for the assigned territory under the guidance of the State Head.
  • Execute channel sales strategies to maximize market penetration, revenue growth and profitability while strengthening the company’s brand presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, contractors and architects across the territory.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support channel sales activities and contribute to achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Drive primary sales of Metal Composite Panels (ACPs, ZCPs, etc.), HPL, Louvers, and Glass products through distributors and channel partners.
  • Execute business development and territory mapping activities to identify new market opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Implement channel sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and provide regular market updates and customer feedback.
  • Ensure effective communication among stakeholders to support smooth business operations and business expansion initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in channel sales, retail and distribution network, or business development.
  • Prior experience in the building materials industry is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and market development skills.
  • Graduation preferred, ideally in Sales and Marketing.

CTC:

  • 3.5 LPA
